She makes you feel comfortable and greets you with positive energy setting up the experience from the beginning. Ellie explains the entire process and makes sure you feel comfortable with what she will be doing. First, she outlines what she will do with non-permanent color and constantly brings you into the process, so it is the client who chooses their look not the stylish. Of course, she will show you options or let you know what fits your face and then you decide. The actual work is perfect. She is meticulous and accurate, and she made my life so much easier because I can wake up with my eyes already perfected lined. Ellie wants to make sure you are satisfied and it is clear she is not in a rush to move to another client. I really appreciated her attention to detail and the importance of the aftercare. This is so much better than the commercialized centers that rush you through as a number. I would return to Ellie for any other work I wish to do. Please don't waste your time going to someone else... Ellie is one in a million and you will love how you look!

Beverly Hills Permanent Makeup is the go to place for getting your eyebrows done! Ellie is the eyebrow goddess when it comes to giving and finding you the most perfect eyebrows for your face! She is very attentive with her work and does as precise work that even my dermatologist thought my eyebrows were real. Ellie at first draws different shapes of eyebrow styles so I could chose from. Once I chose which one I loved, Ellie took time to explain how it will match with my hair color (I am currently blond), from there she uses numbing gel on the eyebrows and then the procedure is 100% painless! 5/5 stars for the staff and Ellie at Beverly Hills Permanent Makeup.
